This presentation is the content of the Climate Outreach community flooding and climate change seminars run across the UK in 2014.
The presentation contains facts about the flooding and it's links to climate change. This is followed by an understanding of why climate change is so hard for people to talk about and why Extreme Weather Events like the flooding that hit the UK in the winter of 2013/14 may make it easier for people to relate to, but also warnings that it is not a straightforward relationship.
The session finishes with top tips of how to relate climate change to different people. There are also links to supported online videos
