Just transition
If we don’t engage in respectful and meaningful dialogue with the workers and communities who are most directly affected by the move to a low-carbon economy, we risk undermining the transition.
We are currently working on a project to develop the narratives of a just transition. This will build on our existing work to understand the hopes, fears and concerns of people working in industries facing transition so that they can be meaningfully included in future planning. This work is kindly funded by the Marmot Charitable Trust.
