Enabling governments to live up to their public engagement commitments

By Climate Outreach on December 8, 2020

Back in 1992, countries agreed to educate their citizens on the risks of climate change and how to respond but since then, there has been little action. Covid-19 is showing how essential public engagement is in changing public behaviour. It’s evidence that a truly engaged society can make a real difference. We’re focused on enabling governments to live up to their public engagement commitments, so that we can build a social mandate for climate action, prevent polarisation and turn climate concern into action.
